  • We have two offerings to reflect the fact that we have two diverse groups of clients.

    The first group of clients are those that perhaps you might expect any planning law firm to have – developers, institutions, property owners, funders, retailers and high net worth individuals – anyone with a need for planning advice for their commercial projects.

    The second group is other lawyers – even lawyers need other lawyers! There are many law firms that have transactional real estate departments, real estate finance, corporate, banking and energy departments but there simply isn’t enough demand for those firms to retain a planning lawyer either part-time or full-time. We even help other planning law departments when they need extra resource.
